Terms of Service

By accessing or using Ticketbaba, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To use Ticketbaba you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate, current, and complete account information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Comply with all applicable laws when using the platform

Organizers are solely responsible for the events they create, the accuracy of event information, and the delivery of the experience to attendees. Ticketbaba acts as a technology platform that facilitates ticket sales — we are not the host or operator of your events.

Organizers connect their own Stripe account via Stripe Connect; ticket revenue lands directly in your account. Ticketbaba charges a per-ticket platform fee on paid tickets, as described on the pricing page. Stripe processes payments under its own terms and may charge separate processing fees.

Each organizer sets their own refund policy and is responsible for issuing refunds to attendees through the Ticketbaba dashboard. When a refund is issued, Stripe returns the original ticket charge to the attendee's payment method, and the platform fee is adjusted accordingly.

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Sell tickets for events that violate any law or regulation
• Misrepresent event details or impersonate another organization
• Process fraudulent transactions or facilitate money laundering
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure
• Resell, scrape, or scalp tickets in violation of the original event's terms

The Ticketbaba name, logo, platform interface, and underlying software are owned by Ticketbaba and protected by intellectual property law. You retain ownership of the content and branding you publish through the platform; you grant us a limited license to host and display that content as needed to operate the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ticketbaba is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the platform fees you paid to Ticketbaba in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may close your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise threaten the integrity of the platform. Where reasonably possible, we will notify you before termination so events in flight can be resolved.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ticketbaba is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless required otherwise by applicable consumer-protection law.
